Draft for this website preview · 6 October 2026. Contact details are confirmed. The operator’s full legal identity, country, and remaining policy details still need confirmation before these pages are published as final.

Your information, at a glance

This draft describes the Pondo Android app, its connected account and guest-request services, and this website preview. For privacy enquiries, contact emmanzt06@gmail.com. The operator’s full legal identity and country remain to be confirmed.

Information Pondo handles

  • Your account: first and last name, email address, phone number, username, and a password submitted for sign-in. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Account contact details are available to the administrator for account review.
  • Your repertoire: songs, lyrics, cues, drafts, event details, notes, and ordered setlists you save. Private library sync stores this information for your account.
  • Guest requests: selected or custom song details, the guest name and table/area provided, appreciation choice, request status, and submission time. Hashed IP-based identifiers are used to limit spam and duplicate submissions.
  • Security records: sign-in and sign-up attempt records, including hashed IP-based identifiers, support access control and abuse prevention.
  • Support: messages and attachments you choose to email. Where in-app suggestions are enabled, submitted messages and screenshots are sent with your account name and email. Do not include passwords or other people’s private information.

Why it is used

Pondo uses account details to create and manage access, saved content to display and sync your library, and guest submissions to deliver song requests to the singer. Technical records help protect the service. Support information is used to respond to your enquiry.

The operator still needs to confirm the legal grounds that apply to these activities in the relevant country.

What is private, public, or shared

Public by your choice: published song metadata appears on your request page. If enabled, your configured GCash QR, display name, and payment details can also appear. Private lyrics, event notes, and setlists do not appear on the public request page.

Cloud services: account and library services use Cloudflare. Private cloud content is access-controlled, but it is not end-to-end encrypted; the service operator can administer the database.

Optional Google connections: Google sign-in links an identity to a Pondo account. Calendar connection requires separate consent and writes Pondo events to an app-created calendar. Event details, notes, and song titles/artists may be included; lyrics and drafts are not sent to Calendar. Disconnecting Calendar leaves existing Google events in place.

External services: opening third-party music, sign-in, payment, or help services takes you to services with their own privacy practices. Hosting locations, international transfer arrangements, and any additional production providers still need to be confirmed.

Device storage and retention

Saved MP3 files stay on the Android device and are separate from your account library sync and song backup. The app also keeps local account content and preferences.

The currently inspected request service supports 7- or 30-day request retention, measured from submission, with cleanup triggered during service use. Automatic cleanup can include requests still marked New. It is not a promise of deletion at an exact hour.

Account, private-library, support, backup, and infrastructure-log retention periods and deletion handling remain to be confirmed by the operator. Uninstalling an app does not establish that its cloud account has been deleted.

This website and your theme choice

This preview stores your chosen light or dark appearance in local storage on your browser. It adds no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact form, or payment processing. Fonts and app images are served locally with the site. Clearing site data removes your saved appearance choice.

Following a download, email, or external help link invokes that destination or your email application. Any future hosting logs or analytics must be reflected in the published notice.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose which song details to publish, review what you include in support messages, and disconnect optional Calendar access. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy enquiries, email emmanzt06@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your account, but never send your password.

Applicable rights and complaint routes depend on the relevant law. The operator must confirm identity-verification steps, response handling, retention exceptions, and the relevant regulator before this notice is final. No automated account-deletion flow is promised here.

Updates to this notice

This page will need to be updated when Pondo’s data practices change. Its final effective date, operator details, eligibility policy, and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures are pending.
