Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person, probe another account’s private library, disrupt the service, or submit abusive or automated spam requests.
Age eligibility and any guardian-consent requirements must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.
Your songs and other content
You retain whatever rights you hold in the material you create or supply. Using Pondo does not give you ownership of somebody else’s songs, lyrics, recordings, or artwork.
You are responsible for having the rights or permissions required to save, upload, download, use, or publish material. Any permission granted to operate Pondo is limited to storing, displaying, processing, and syncing that material as needed to provide the features you use.
Pondo is an organizational tool, not a grant of music, recording, or public-performance rights. Do not use it to bypass access restrictions or infringe others’ rights.
Guest requests and payments
The singer decides which repertoire details to publish and how to handle requests. Sending a request does not guarantee that the song will be performed.
If a singer displays GCash details, check the recipient in the payment service before sending money. A displayed QR or request confirmation is not proof of payment. These website previews do not process payments or promise refunds or a paid performance.
Connected services and availability
Google, music websites, payment services, and other third parties operate under their own terms. Their content, availability, and access requirements may change. Optional connections may need to be authorized again.
The currently verified app download is Android. A full Pondo singer app for iPhone or iPad has not been confirmed. General Safari installation steps do not establish Apple compatibility.

Updates, backups, and access
Keep current backups of important content. Saved music files are device-local and are not included in repertoire sync or song backups. Install official Android updates over the existing app; do not uninstall or clear storage when your intention is to preserve local data.
Continuous availability and availability of a particular recording are not guaranteed. Final service-change, account-suspension, termination, and data-retrieval procedures still need to be confirmed.
Privacy and legal details
Read the Privacy notice for current data-handling information and outstanding publication details. Nothing in these proposed terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law, dispute procedures, and any warranty or liability provisions require operator confirmation and review for the relevant country. No jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration, or broad waiver is assumed in this draft.
